How we choose what to write about
Your content plan starts with the questions sellers ask in your market. Our team combines those questions with what you
share about your record, specialties, reviews, local knowledge, and standout moments. We also follow relevant local news
from our sources.
There are four kinds of content in the plan: local market guides, local and market news, case studies based on your real
sales, and agent-specific posts about your specialties, story, and selling points. Together, they give people more than
one way to understand what makes you useful in your market.
A full month of 12 posts is planned as three local guides, four case studies, three agent-specific posts, and two local
news posts, spread through the month. Your Service Agreement sets the exact number of posts for your work.
The topics are not chosen from a generic list. A useful case study may come from a sale you handled. A guide may answer
a local seller question. An agent-specific post may explain a specialty that clients value. Local news can give context
when it is relevant to your market.
You can suggest a topic at any time. Send our team the idea, any useful details, and the facts or sources you want us to
consider. We will confirm how it fits your content plan.
