When your posts publish

Last updated on Oct 10, 2026

Your posts follow the schedule in your content plan. The plan spreads different kinds of content through the month, so local guides, case studies, agent-specific posts, and local news can support one another without all appearing at once.

Before a post is live, it is saved on your website as a draft on hold. Our team reviews and approves every post before it publishes. If you chose “I approve each article before it goes live” during onboarding, you approve it too.

This review step gives you a chance to make sure a post reflects your business and the facts it uses. It also gives our team a final check before a page is made public. A post does not go live simply because it has been prepared.

The exact publish day or time can vary with your content plan and approvals. Our team will confirm the next steps for a particular post rather than promising a fixed timing. If you have a timely update, such as a recent sale or local event, tell us when you send the details so we can consider it in the plan.

Once a post is published, it remains on your own website. The pages stay there if you leave. Our team is here to help you understand what is next on the schedule and what needs your review.
